The oneVest team has been successfully involved in the development and realization of real estate and businesses for more than 40 years, focusing on Germany and the USA. In the last five years oneVest has effectively organized the financing for real estate purchases and developments with a total investment volume of € 250 M. This includes 600 residential units and 50.000 m² commercial/retail space in existence or in developement.

Most developments are executed in partnership with RED Baufeld, a Hamburg based real estate developer, where oneVest has an equity holding.

The services offered range from the idea to the completion of a real estate investment. It includes advice on planning and realization as well as the mediation of co-investors, buyers or, for example, reinvestment possibilities. When holding long term, we are in charge of the asset management.

oneVest connects between investors and banks, while mostly executing the development. This has resulted in real estate purchases and developments with a total investment volume over € 200 M within the last 5 years.
In 2012 oneVest developed the property Nobistor/Holstenstraße in partnership with one of Europe’s largest retail companies. The property situated in the heart of St. Pauli is one of the largest developments in the area to be completed in 2018. The property consist of a hotel with 220 rooms and a discount market with approx. 1300 m².
Recently oneVest developed the property “Binnenfeldreder 40” and sold it in a forward deal to one of Hamburg’s biggest building cooperatives “Bergedorf Bille”. The property includes 86 apartments and 60 parking spaces, being one of the most modern developments in the area.
Acquisition of a real estate portfolio, consisting of 18 Haspa branches (Hamburg Savings, Germany’s largest savings and loans bank).

We are particularly interested in Bitcoin because we believe it has the potential to create a financial system that will be far more accessible than it is today. This will likely enable greater productivity and efficiency in the global economy, which is particularly important for developing countries, some of which have previously been excluded from the global financial system. Bitcoin joins a series of groundbreaking technological breakthroughs. Like steel, the printing press, the steam engine, or electricity.
