Why Bitcoin Is The Ultimate Technology To Preserve Wealth

Leon A. Wankum, entrusted with our international activities and investments, has published a research paper, analysing the capabilities of the most widely utilized assets to preserve wealth in today's financial landscape in contrast to bitcoin. The aim was to gain insights into why previous assets underperform in this regard and why bitcoin is emerging as a much more efficient means of storing wealth. The paper was written over the course of 18 months between early 2022 and late 2023. We are delighted to share this research paper with you.

106 apartments are being built on Lohbrügger Markt

The Bergedorfer Newspaper reported on our project at Lohbrügger Markt 1, which, as always, is being built in collaboration with the project developer RED baufeld Gmbh. In addition to the existing buildings, over 100 apartments and around 2,000 square meters of commercial space are to be built on the property. The expansion is planned for 2027/28.

The Bergedorfer Newspaper reported on our project at Lohbrügger Markt 1, which, as always, is being built in collaboration with the project developer RED baufeld Gmbh. In addition to the existing buildings, over 100 apartments and around 2,000 square meters of commercial space are to be built on the property. The expansion is planned for 2027/28.

The DorfStadt Newspaper reported on our project Sülldorfer Landstrasse 1. A total of 46 apartments between 25 and 86 square meters are planned, 15 of which will be barrier-free apartments. In addition, a Haspa branch and an EDEKA grocery store will be built on the ground floor. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2026
